Dear Dairy Producers & Friends,


We cordially invite you to our upcoming Washington Dairy Conference, December 2-3 at the Wenatchee
Convention Center, in Wenatchee, Washington. Registration is 7:00am-10:30am on December 2, then the
conference starts at 11:00am and ends Wednesday December 3 at 3:00pm.

Thank you to our Title Sponsor, the Dairy Farmers of Washington; dairy producers may register for free for the event. Please register by November 17, 2025. 

The Dairy Women will host their scholarship auction. Both the Dairy Federation and the Dairy Women will
hold annual membership meetings.

Below you will find more information about the conference including additional information on the hotel registration.

2025 Annual Dairy Conference Sponsor Information

Dear Dairy Industry Friends, 

We are looking forward to getting together at our Annual Conference and Trade Show December 2-3, 2025, at the Wenatchee Convention Center, Wenatchee, WA.  Our dairy farmers, associated professionals, exhibitors, and others are very much looking forward to being together to celebrate, discuss, learn, and adapt.

2025 Industry Membership Registration

Dear Dairy Industry Partners:

The Washington State Dairy Federation is a voluntary membership organization currently representing 300 dairy farms, and it works with a variety of related agriculture groups on legislative and regulatory issues to ensure that farming in Washington State remains viable, now and in the future.  We would not be able to do this without the help of our industry partners!

Washington dairy industry statistics:

  • the 2nd largest agricultural commodity sector in the state
  • 10th in the U.S. for volume of milk produced
  • 13th in the U.S. for milk per cow
  • 20th in the U.S. for forage production
  • 9th in the U.S. for average herd size

With your 2025 membership to the Washington State Dairy Federation, you will receive:
